Regular Season Round 10: Zadar - Mega BG 65-68

Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both eighth ranked SerbianMega BG and 9th ranked Croatian Zadar had identical 4-5 record. But Zadar was not able to use a home court advantage and was edged by the opponent from Beograd 68-65 on Monday night. Forward Bogoljub Markovic (210-2005) notched 18 points to lead the effort and Bosnian guard Kosta Kondic (193-2001) supported him with 14 points. Even a double-double of 15 points and 11 rebounds (made all of his twelve free throws !!!) (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) by American forward Tyler Wahl (206-2001, college: Wisconsin) did not help to save the game for Zadar . Bosnian swingman Amar Gegic (200-1998, agency: Octagon Europe) added 13 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for lost side. Mega BG (5-5) moved-up to seventh place, which they share with FMP BG. Defending Croatian champion Zadar keeps the ninth position with six games lost. They share it with 3 other teams.
